Pricing, order and payment procedure for EU-countries, other than the ones listed.

The following two order and payment options are available:

1. Online, via Paypal. This is a very secure payment method. You pay Paypal by creditcard and Paypal pays us after deduction of a fee. We do not receive your credit card details. We are immediately notified by email, so we can process your order without delay. For Paypal payment, just click on the Paypal "add item to cart" button behind the required product below and you will be directed to the secure Paypal site. If you are unfamiliar with Paypal, you will receive clear instructions.  

2. By credit card. We do not process credit card orders online and we recommend  not to send us your credit card details by email for security reasons. Instead, you can send us your order and credit card details for payment by fax. By clicking on the hyperlink below a form will appear. Print this form by going to the file menu in your browser and by clicking print. Fill out all the details clearly and fax the completed form to our fax number which is on the form. Take the product codes, product descriptions and prices from the table below. We will confirm receipt of your order and credit card payment by email.

Shipping

At the Paypal checkout, a flat rate of  €10.00 is added as shipping cost for standard airmail postage of your parcel (for a maximum of 2 NMEA multiplexers). Delivery by airmail usually takes 6-10 business days. If you want us to ship your order by economy courier (EMS), click on the button "Upgrade to Courier delivery" for delivery within 5-6 business days. This upgrade is added to your Paypal cart as a separate item.

Please note that New Zealand Post does not provide tracking facilities for standard airmail parcels. Although shipping by airmail is reliable for most N-American and European destinations, Brookhouse cannot accept responsibility for delays or loss. No shipment has ever been lost since 2003, but occasionally (long) delays have been experienced in some European countries, due to customs processing. We recommend shipping by "Economy Courier" (EMS) with tracking. EMS shipping is available to USA, Canada, UK and most other W-European countries. If you have selected the courier upgrade to EMS and EMS is not available for your country we will contact you by email to discuss an alternative. Express courier (DHL) is available for shipping to all countries, but is more expensive. Please contact us by email if you require this shipping method.
