Payment

We only ship goods after total payment has been received.

We accept direct credit card payment from most countries. Please refer to the pricing/order/payment page for your country or region. ( order page ). We also accept payment via the PayPal system. This is an easy, cheap and secure method for payments via Internet, using a credit card. The system is available worldwide. Anyone can use PayPal. If you have not used it before, you will be automatically prompted what to do. Have a look at https://paypal.com. Alternatively, you can send us an International Money order or Bank Draft via mail. In this case e-mail us your order.

If you wish to check availability first, before you buy, please e-mail us. We keep a number of units assembled and tested ready for dispatch, but if demand has been high, this stock may have depleted and there may be a delay. If you order and pay, your order has priority. In any case we will confirm your order via e-mail and we will let you know if we cannot ship immediately. In the unlikely event that the delay is longer than 3 weeks, you can request a refund. We will refund the total amount minus $10.00 administration costs. This includes the PayPal fee.

Shipping 

At the checkout, the PayPal system automatically adds the flat charge of  $12.00 for first class airmail postage to anywhere in the world.  Delivery to North America and Europe takes 4-10 days. If you wish to upgrade this to courier delivery, press the button marked "Upgrade to International Courier". This will add the item "Courier Delivery Upgrade" to your shopping cart. The extra cost for the courier is $24.00 for North America and Europe.

Note 1: Payment is possible in several currencies. Local New Zealand customers please e-mail us for ordering, payment and delivery.

Note 2: Shipping costs are for 1 or 2  NMEA multiplexers. If you wish to order more units, please e-mail us for special pricing and shipping costs.

Note 3: For airmail shipping, no tracing mechanism is available. Our experience with  postal services is very positive and usually airmail parcels are delivered within the time stated. For deliveries to addresses in the USA we have never had any significant delays using the postal system. We have experienced occasional delays with postal deliveries to some European countries, such as Belgium. These delays were due to customs formalities. Brookhouse cannot accept responsibility for any delays, importation taxes or duties or (the very low risk of) loss in case of shipping via the postal system. A more secure shipping method is international courier (NZ Post/DHL). To select this shipping method, please click on "Courier Delivery Upgrade" when you order.
